Wacky Wok offers organic natural oils and house-made sauces, wild fish and hormone and antibiotic free meats and poultry. Fresh produce provided by local purveyors employing sustainable farming practices. No preservatives, GMO MSG, trans fats, corn starch, white sugar or table salt are ever used. All paper products and plastic utensils are biodegradable and suitable for com-posting along with food waste.
Wacky Woks' proprietary streamlined asian cooking technique insures these high quality ingredients maintain their flavor and nutritional value after preparation.
"We wok your way" allows our customers to design their own dish choosing from a selection of proteins, vegetables, carbohydrates and pan asian sauces. The sauce makes the dish. Customized dishes cooked to order!
Rounding out the menu is a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, desserts, and beverages. For those customers not inclined to design their own dish, several specialty dishes are provided. All portions are generous and satisfying.
